Our Policy: Vendors can use their own copy-righted images in product or service listing pages to sell your services/products. However, images from other sources may not be taken without prior authorization from the owners and added to the product detail pages.

Our Policy: For vendors listed on our site, if you have reason to believe a particular offer from a Vendor is listing a product that infringes your trademark, then you may report that offer as infringing.

If your trademark is being used on the product detail page but the product being sold is not your product, you may report use of the trademark on the product detail page as infringing.

Our Policy: As a company, we are dedicated to ensuring that goods posted on the site do not violate or infringe on an owner's Intellectual Property.

If a product is infringing your utility or design patent, then you may report the entire product as infringing.

The use of faces, names and signatures of persons are prohibited unless the products were made by the person whose likeness, image or name has been used or explicit authorization has been granted.

The listing of replicas, counterfeit or unauthorized items e.g., designer items, non-licensed replicas or other accessories are strictly prohibited on this Site.

Products sold bearing a name or logo of a company but did not originate from them or not endorsed by them, is strictly prohibited on this Site.

This is permitted only if a certificate of authorization has been issued by the owner.

Posting counterfeits, replicas or unauthorized items is subject to removal. Repeated posting shall result in suspension of your membership.

Any academic software is only to be posted if authorized otherwise it will be deleted or removed.

If the posting is on behalf of an authorized educational seller or institution, such license must be stated and the relevant certificate of authorization provided.

Posting of software in bundles as part of an original is prohibited without the entire equipment, eg, Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) is not to be posted in bundles as part of the purchase of a new computer without the entire computer.

Listing or sale of unauthorized (pirated, duplicated, backup, bootleg, etc.) copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, TV Programs, photographs or other protected works is forbidden on the Site.
