Please NOTE: Most Eventso bookings are for event or leisure services on a specific date (for example, catering, décor, entertainment, or photography). Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l)), these date-specific services are not covered by the 14-day withdrawal right. Once you confirm a booking, cancellations and refunds follow Eventso’s Refund Policy.
If a service is not tied to a specific date (for example, a general consultation or digital service), EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel unless they ask the vendor to start the service sooner. By asking for immediate performance, you agree that the withdrawal right ends once the service begins.
Refunds may still be given in cases of vendor non-performance, fraud, or force majeure.
The Platform and Service Providers must respect and facilitate the exercise of these rights.
