Eventso will not be held liable for any mishaps in case you proceed to have a private engagement with vendors. Your account and the vendor’s may be terminated in accordance with our policies.

Yes, there is no limitation barring you from making multiple orders from different vendors.
You may cancel your order by moving it back to your shopping cart before making payment.
After payment, refunds are available under Eventso’s commercial refund policy:
Refunds may still be granted in cases of vendor non-performance, fraud, or force majeure, as determined by Eventso’s Complaints Policy.
After payment, refunds are available under Eventso’s commercial refund policy:
- Two or more weeks prior to the event: 75% refund of the total amount paid.
- Less than two weeks before the event: No refund will be issued.
Refunds may still be granted in cases of vendor non-performance, fraud, or force majeure, as determined by Eventso’s Complaints Policy.
All prices are included in the final order price. Any extra amounts are not required by Eventso policy and shall be at the sole discretion of the Buyer.

Once you have accepted the order and payment has been made, you are contractually obliged to deliver services as advertised and requested.
A Vendor may cancel an Order only:
Force Majeure
For the purposes of these Terms, “Force Majeure” means any event or circumstance beyond a party’s reasonable control that prevents or delays the performance of its obligations under an Order. Examples include (but are not limited to):

- where performance is prevented by Force Majeure (as defined in these Terms), or
- with the Buyer’s written consent via the Platform.
Force Majeure
For the purposes of these Terms, “Force Majeure” means any event or circumstance beyond a party’s reasonable control that prevents or delays the performance of its obligations under an Order. Examples include (but are not limited to):
- natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, wildfires or volcanic eruptions;
- public health emergencies or epidemics/pandemics and government-imposed restrictions related to them;
- war, armed conflict, acts of terrorism or civil unrest;
- government actions or regulatory changes preventing lawful performance;
- nationwide or regional strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes not limited to the affected party’s workforce;
- major power outages or interruption of essential services (e.g. transport bans);
- sudden destruction of the venue or equipment needed for the event due to accident or fire.
Direct contact with the Buyer is in violation of our terms of engagement which you have previously agreed to by signing up on this page. Eventso will not be held liable for any mishaps in case you proceed to have a private engagement with the Buyer and your account and the Buyer’s may be terminated in accordance with our policies with a penalty for breach.
Once you have delivered the service, you will need to log in to the site and mark the order as Completed. After that, the Buyer will be prompted to mark the order as Fulfilled in order to complete the cycle. You are free to remind the Buyer to mark the order as fulfilled as well as to give an honest review of your services.
